Wetsuits are optional, but recommended if you are inexperienced. Tow floats are complusory if you don't have one you can borrow one. Below 12 degrees we also advise wearing neoprene socks and gloves. Really important too listen to your body, don't time the length that your in or compare yourself to anyone else. Every swim is different. Please remember to check yourself in and out with the bank staff.
