We offer a range of open water swimming courses to help improve your technique, get you ready for that event you entered. Try our 6 week courses:

If you can't comitt to six weeks then try our coaching sessions or masterclass sessions. Alternatively if see what you are looking for please contact me.
Guided swims - You will be supported by kayak, feed stops, safety kit and clothing for when you finish the swim will be carried in the kayak. You will need to your own transport to and from the event destination, we recommednt you have a support driver, you are likely to be tried after your event and it's safer if you have someone to drive you home. Alternatively you may choose to stay overnight. We will provide the kayaker for your guided swim.

Event Preparation Course
Are you planning to undertake an event next year such as GNS or Coniston E2E or one of our events then look no further.
This 6 week preparation course is aimed at improving your fitness, stamina and endurance. We will show you the skills necessary including, buoy turns, drafting, starts and finishes. Handling the nerves on race day.

27th April - 8th June 6-7 pm

Breaststroke to Front Crawl Workshop
Always wanted to learn front crawl but never had the confidence, do you let nerves hold you back. Can you swim but want to improve your technique. Then why not join our 6 week course, we will cover body position, basic technique, breathing techniques, improving stamina and lots of others
You will also get weekly updates, technique videos to watch, and video analysis of your strokes.
These will take place at Wyresdale Park.

Front Crawl Improvers Workshop
This 6 week block of lessons will guide you to being a stronger more confidence swimmer, with the skills needed to correct your own stroke, improve speed, stamina and endurance, work on correcting technique developing drills and open water skills.
