Service Description
Planned, organised and risk-assessed activities within open water may typically consist of any of the following activities, providing they are structured and managed to reduce the risk of accidents or drowning: • Lifesaving training activities • Open water swim sessions • Open water swim events • Triathlon events

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your booking requires 48 hours notice. Except any coaching or training course in you cancel a course within four weeks of the event you will only receive 50 % of the booking fee as a refund. Greater than four weeks you will get a full refund. Bookings can be rescheduled as an alternative to cancelling.
