Trip 1: Gentle introduction to paddlesports, trip from Hand and Dagger - Swinbrook Boatyard and then paddle back. Trip 2: Starts are Brock heads towards Garstang, very scenic, stop for a break or picnic, then head back. Trip 3: Starts at Garstang and heads towards Galgate.
